I'm a yoga teacher based in Lisbon, with over 15 years of consistent practice - no breaks, no shortcuts. I know what real, long-term transformation looks like.
I deepened my Ashtanga practice in Mysore, the birthplace of this tradition, where I learned it the way it's meant to be passed on - through breath, rhythm and patience.
