FAQ
My classes welcome students of all levels - from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. I always tailor the practice to the group and offer modifications for everyone.
Comfortable clothing. For aerial yoga, it's recommended to wear covered clothing to avoid friction. For outdoor practice in the park, bring a mat or let me know in advance and I'll bring one for you.
You can cancel a class booking up to 24 hours in advance. For drop-in classes, you will receive a voucher for one class valid for one month. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, no refund or voucher is provided. If you have an active membership and cancelled 24 hours or more in advance, the session will not be deducted. If I have to reschedule a class and the new time doesn't work for you, you may cancel at any time with no penalty.
Classes are conducted in English.
For steady progress, 2–3 times per week is ideal. But even once a week makes a difference.
Yes, but it's important to let me know in advance. I'll adapt the practice and offer safe modifications or alternatives.
